Barbara Koreniouguine is the CEO of Cushman & Wakefield France, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms. Since 2020, she has been responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of all Cushman & Wakefield’s business lines in France, including Office and Retail Leasing, Asset Services, Capital Markets, Project Development and Design + Build, and Valuation & Advisory.

Education

Barbara brings a wealth of experience across multiple asset classes, having previously held several senior leadership positions. She served as CEO of Allianz Real Estate for France and Benelux (€8bn AUM), as well as CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Property Development business (Residential and Office) across France, Benelux, Italy and the UK. In addition, she was Managing Director of Office Property Development at Icade.

Affiliations

Barbara is not only a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, but also a committed advocate for women in the sector. She chairs the EMEA Women Integrated Network at Cushman & Wakefield and is a member of the Cercle des Femmes de l’Immobilier, where she served as Chair from 2012 to 2015. She is also a member of the Club de l’Immobilier.
