Julio joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and currently serves as Head of Valuation & Advisory, leading operations in Argentina and Uruguay, while also providing services in Bolivia and Paraguay. In his role, he brings extensive experience in real estate asset valuation, supporting clients in strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining the firm, he began his career at CBRE in 1997, where he contributed to the corporate valuation of IRSA’s portfolio. Throughout his career, he has also gained experience in Project Management and Facility Management, allowing him to approach projects from a comprehensive perspective.

Julio holds a degree in Architecture from the National University of La Plata (UNLP) and completed a postgraduate MDI program at Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is also certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Technician from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN), further strengthening his expertise in the real estate sector.
