About

Claudio joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 as a Portfolio Manager of Facility & Property Management. Since then, he has taken on roles with increasing responsibility within the company, standing out for his commitment and leadership skills. In 2017, he became Operations Manager, and in 2022, he was promoted to lead the Facility & Property Management area for Argentina and Uruguay.

In 2024, Claudio has been confirmed as Managing Director of Global Occupier Services (GOS), encompassing all the functions he has performed so far. In his current role, he oversees and optimizes property management and facility services for clients across the region.

Claudio is a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Belgrano, with a strong background in Property and Facility Management. His ability to manage complex portfolios and his focus on customer satisfaction have made him a key leader within the organization.
