Laura has been part of Cushman & Wakefield since 2012 and currently serves as People Partnering Manager for Argentina and Uruguay. In her role, she drives strategic talent management, supporting teams and business units in building a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s goals.

She began her career at the firm within the Facility Management area, where she worked for over a decade. Starting in a role focused on Human Resources and Communications, she progressively took on broader responsibilities, ultimately becoming Business Development Manager for the Southern Cone. In this position, she led commercial proposals, regional tenders, service implementations for international clients, contract management, operational standards, and projects related to energy and EHS.

Throughout her professional career, Laura has combined experience in both the public and private sectors. She worked at the Government of the City of Buenos Aires as Executive Assistant to the Director General of Elections, contributing to the organization of electoral processes. She also held roles in private companies with responsibilities in administration, accounting, and client and supplier management. In addition, she was part of the Argentine Air Force (CIPE), where she managed public relations, protocol, institutional events, and internal communications.

Laura holds a degree in Public Relations from UADE, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Siglo XXI, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the same institution, strengthening her expertise in talent management and organizational development.
